This project involved bringing a dated old property back into the 21st century with the latest in technological advances. Despite the many challenges, we successfully incorporated the following systems into the property:

- Lutron lighting across 95 lighting circuits
- Lutron blinds in the entire property
- Security and access control
- Heatmiser zoned heating control
- Multi-room AV distribution over 9 rooms
- Multi-room audio using invisible in-ceiling speakers
- Video intercom
- Intuitive and easy to use touch screen control system
- Design and Install a redundant IT Infrastructure and Coms
